A 2 to 2 1/2 hr.15 mi. ATV tour to a private, exclusive waterfall.
Monday thru Saturday

Beginning the journey at about 300 feet above sea level and traveling to the 3000 foot elevation, you enter the rarified air of the oldest rainforest on the Big Island.

We ride under canopies of trees, lanes of wild ginger patches, and cross several mountain streams.

Some of the exotic plants found in our
rainforest are not found anywhere else in world.

We visit a beautiful waterfall, and hike to the foot of the refreshing pond below. It’s all completely private and exclusive.

The experience offers a lot of riding and awesome scenery. You will take home images of paradise to treasure.

Additional info. and restrictions:
You cannot have had a recent back or    neck injury or surgery. No expectant    mothers.
This is an outdoor activity, including     natural trails.
You must be 16 years old to drive your     own ATV, and you need proper     identification.
To ride as a passenger, you must be at      least 7 years old.
All adult riders must weigh 90-300 lbs.     Children must weigh 50-150 lbs. and will     be required to ride with our trail guides.
Long pants and shoes are required.     Wear something you won’t mind getting     dirty.
Maximum number is 15
We do venture out in the rain, unless we     deem it to be too heavy or if it rained     heavily the night before. We also provide     rain gear.

Parker Ranch ATV Tour

Cowboys of Hawaii at Parker Ranch is pleased to announce that we now offer Hawaii ATV rides as part of our activity program.

Our ATV's are fully automatic all terrain vehicles. Safe and easy to operate. No experience necessary. Guests are given orientation and safety demonstrations prior to ride. Helmets are required and provided by operator. Long pants and close toed shoes are recommended. You must be at least 16 years old to drive an ATV and show proper identification.

Cowboys of Hawaii ATV rides will take guests on a journey through historical Parker Ranch.

Ride the Rim Waipi'o Valley ATV Tour

With vistas from the mile-wide black sand beach to the 1200-foot splendor of the twin Hi‘ilawe Falls, Hawaii's highest single-fall waterfalls, join us for an ATV tour to the top of Waipi‘o - a once in a lifetime, unforgettable experience. Ride your own ATV through breathtaking scenery and unimaginably grandiose panoramic views. We pass through eucalyptus and ginger forests on our three-plus hour journey through former sacred royal land where access is limited. Swim in the headwater of Hi‘ilawe, see the back side of the Parker Ranch lands, go to the top of Waipi‘o, be one of the few - to Ride the Rim.

Light refreshments and 'talk story' from our experienced, knowledgeable guides provided twice daily, morning and afternoon. Be part of the F.U.N., RideTheRim of Waipi'o on one of our brand new ATVs. Children 5 - 15, the elderly or folks not wishing to ride an ATV (even at the last minute, space available) enjoy our open air buggy - a Kawaskai Mule - driven by the tour guide.

Our ATVs are brand new Honda Ranchers, all automatic, 4 wheel drive and clutch-less. Easy to drive. All manufacturer’s recommendations are strictly observed:
Ages 16 and over
No tandem riding
100-350 pounds

No experience required. Safety gear mandatory and provided. Wear your swimsuits under your clothing and bring a towel. Water shoes, water socks, reef walkers (however you might call them) are suggested as the smooth river rocks are slippery.
