By booking with us you agree to the following cancellation policy:
You will not be charged if we are unable to confirm your booking with the vendor. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive your vouchers/tickets by email (to the address you supplied when your reservations were made), which include all directions and instructions for your activities and tours.
There is no charge to change the date or time of your activity as long as you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, and at least 72 hours in advance for groups of 6 or more. Cancellation policies are posted for each activity on our web site and you agree that you have viewed the policy for each tour you booked and accept them by booking with us.
Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity is not eligible for a refund. Some tours require at least 72 hours notice - variations will be notated on the individual Activity pages and you agreed that you have viewed and now accept these cancellation policies.
Your acceptance of these policies applies to all tours you book through us and are designed to protect our customers and our vendors, and to assure that your experience in Hawaii is a good one
It is important that you call us toll free 877-742-7893 if you have not received your voucher via email with 24 hrs. Please note that we need to have an email reply from you when you receive your voucher to make sure that all dates and times are correct. Otherwise, we cannot be responsible any errors made on your voucher(s).
